The district has moved to a new version of our time clock application.  Those of you that clock in and out daily will need to carefully read the following instructions.  The use of the new iPhone/Android timeclock app will be permitted this year and is recommended in order to promote social distancing.  The district will not be printing timesheets this year.  Instead, all approvals will be done through either the app or the timeclock web page.  The old mounted timeclocks will still function for basic time operations (ex. clock in/out, lunch in/out).

We will start using the new TimeClock beginning Monday, August 3rd.  Employees will be responsible for any edits that need to be made to their time, however modifying time should not be the 'norm'.

TimeClock should be an accurate reflection of actual time worked.  It is the supervisor's responsibility to approve time, not to make changes.  The only exception would be if an employee remained clocked in over the weekend and gets locked out.

When you take a lunch break, please be sure to use the 'Lunch Break' option, and do not just simply clock-out and clock back in.  The system is configured to calculate hours, and we need to be sure to capture accurate lunch break data.

Please be sure to use the 'change job code'  if you have more than one contracted position.  Each job has a different rate of pay, and we need accurate records to be sure you are paid correctly.  For the employees with multiple jobs, please do NOT edit your time to match your contract.  We want your actual time worked in each position.

We are excited to implement this electronic system, and have plans to also incorporate leave data in the near future.
