There is a new password reset manager. Please follow the instructions below to gain access to the new password manager. If you have any questions, please submit a help desk ticket.
Note: you may temporarily access the old password reset system here, but future access will be through Microsoft 365- please keep reading!
Moving forward, our district is replacing older Microsoft Office installations with Microsoft 365; it's still Microsoft Office which includes our new password manager, but there are some changes and helpful documentation the Technology Department would like to point out.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/training is your go-to training resource, however here are a few important items:
- The first thing you should do is Setup Multi-Factor Authentication. Please do this on-campus, but if you must do this off-campus, send us a helpdesk ticket for the required access. NOTE: students are not required to setup Multi-Factor Authentication.
- Typically, only students taking a class on Office 365 will have access.
- The new password self-reset system is located at https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/. NOTE: This sets the password for your computer logon and gmail too, and you must setup Multi-Factor Authentication first.
- If you want to lead the way, consider joining the Microsoft 365 Champions program for monthly training, membership in the online community, and early access to tools and resources for Office 365.
