The Centers for Youth and Families in Little Rock recently received a FEMA grant to provide free counseling services and resources to those impacted by COVID-19 in Pulaski and Saline Counties. The Centers for Youth and Families decided to focus their efforts on the stress the COVID-19 pandemic placed upon teachers and school staff. They offered to set up free, virtual counseling sessions for our employees (certified and classified). The sessions range from 15-45 minutes.

All sessions are completely confidential – participants do not have to provide their names.
When setting up an account in the system, initials and aliases will be accepted if you do not wish to disclose your name. The personal email address used to set up your account will not be visible to the administrator of the service. Anything discussed during the counseling sessions will be completely confidential with the exception of the following:
· An individual expresses an intent to harm themselves or another person;
· Cases of child abuse or neglect; or
· Cases of elder abuse or neglect.
