The Bryant Theatre Company proudly presents Hadestown: Teen Edition! See the production at Love Auditorium in the Bryant High School Fine Arts Center on November 14 at 7 pm for opening night, with encore performances on November 16 at 2 pm and 7 pm and November 17 at 2 pm. This powerful retelling of the Greek myth of Orpheus and Eurydice follows Eurydiceβs journey to the industrial underworld, where she faces tough choices, while her musician boyfriend, Orpheus, risks it all to bring her back.
Jeremy Clay, Drama, Stagecraft, & Stage Management instructor, designed the set which was then constructed and painted by parents and students. The stage features a custom-built turntable on loan from OBUβs Theatrical Department. Students lead all aspects of costumes, makeup, lighting, sound, and stage management.
Tickets are available for purchase online. Cost is $5 for students; $10 for adults.
