Bryant Public Schools’ new Strategic Plan 2.0 outlines the district’s focus areas over the next few years based on four priorities: Safety and Student Supports; Student Learning; Career Readiness; and Highly Qualified Personnel. The new plan is meant to be more streamlined and provide more detailed, actionable items to meet our goals.

In the spring of 2023, all stakeholders were surveyed to help determine the goals and priorities for the Strategic Plan 2.0. It was important to the Bryant School Board and the district that areas identified by our stakeholders were a direct result of the data collected in the survey. The new plan includes the specific priorities indicated in the survey, provides actions to achieve the goals, determines methods to monitor and evaluate progress, and identifies desired outcomes. Specific data, including student achievement, will be included as part of the appendix (as it becomes available) to monitor progress of the priorities.

We are excited about the district’s renewed focus which will lead us to LEARNING FOR ALL ... SUCCESS FOR ALL.
