About Our Scores
We believe it’s important to keep our parents and community informed about school letter grades and what they mean for our students and district. Since the last release in 2022–23, three of our twelve schools improved by one letter grade; seven remained the same; and two schools dropped one letter grade.

These results show progress in many areas, while also highlighting where we still have work to do. We recognize that some schools are celebrating big gains, while others face new challenges. In every case, our staff is committed to analyzing the data, identifying needs, and implementing targeted strategies to improve and support student learning.

Letter grades are based on the ATLAS state assessment taken in Spring 2025. The test covers Arkansas State grade level standards in English Language Arts (ELA), Math, and Science.

Tested Grades and Subject Areas
Grades 3–10: ELA
Grades 3-8: Math, Science and End of Course: Algebra 1, Geometry, and Biology

The new state accountability system focuses on the following:

  • Achievement – Students achieving Level 3 or 4 on the ATLAS assessment in ELA, Math, and Science

  • Growth – Students achieving their individualized growth targets

  • Growth of Students Who Need the Most Support – Students who are farthest behind their peers on grade level standards

  • For High School – Students graduating on time in four years; students demonstrating postsecondary readiness for enlistment, enrollment, or employment

What this Means for Bryant Families
Letter grades provide a snapshot, but they do not tell the whole story of our schools. Throughout the year, our teachers and administrators use a variety of tools—such as classroom assessments, benchmark tests, and student growth measures—to better understand each child’s learning journey.

Here’s what families can count on from us:

  • We celebrate the hard work of our students and staff.

  • We are committed to helping every child grow, especially those who need extra support.

  • We will use this data, along with classroom learning, to keep improving so that every student is prepared for the next step in their education and life journey.

We are committed to taking action for continuous improvement in student learning. Thank you for your continued support and partnership as we work together to help every Bryant student grow and succeed.
