Bryant High School is proud to announce that 52 students have earned the Arkansas Seal of Biliteracy following the release of Spring 2026 results. This distinguished recognition highlights students who have demonstrated proficiency in English and at least one additional language.
Among this year’s recipients, one student earned the seal in Japanese, while 51 students achieved the honor in Spanish—reflecting both academic dedication and a commitment to global communication.
The Arkansas Seal of Biliteracy is awarded to students in grades 9–12 who meet rigorous language proficiency standards prior to graduation. This achievement not only celebrates bilingualism, but also prepares students for expanded opportunities in college, careers, and an increasingly interconnected world.
Of the 52 honorees, 49 graduating seniors will wear the Seal of Biliteracy medal during commencement ceremonies on May 16, symbolizing their hard work and accomplishment.
The Arkansas Seal of Biliteracy is sponsored by the Arkansas Foreign Language Teachers Association (AFLTA) and the Arkansas Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages (ARKTESOL), and is endorsed by the Arkansas Department of Education.
Bryant High School congratulates these students for their outstanding achievement and dedication to language learning.
