Arkansas law requires students entering Pre-K through 12th grade to provide proof of all required immunizations, or proof of an application for a valid exemption from immunizations, in order to attend school. THE REQUIREMENT INCLUDES VIRTUAL STUDENTS.
Contact the Saline County Health Department (501-303-5650), the Hornet Health Clinic (501-653-5040), or your primary care physician to make an appointment for vaccinations.
All records, including exemption letters, should be submitted to the school nurse office as soon as possible.
