Stephanie’s impact on Bryant Public Schools continues to inspire others through this meaningful scholarship. A dedicated special education paraprofessional from 2016-2024 and later a special education teacher at Hill Farm Elementary, Stephanie loved her students deeply and brought positivity, compassion and encouragement to everyone around her. She exemplified the heart of an educator and left a lasting impact on her students, colleagues and school family.
Stephanie’s sister, Kelly Howard, presented the $500 scholarship, which was matched by the family. Several family members were also in attendance to honor Stephanie’s memory and continue her legacy of supporting fellow educators.
Ms. Harris, who worked alongside Stephanie for many years at Hill Farm, has served students at HFES for nine years. We are proud to see Stephanie’s legacy continue to uplift and inspire future special educators.

After 16 years of dedicated service at Roberts Elementary, Mr. Duncan is excited to begin a new chapter as Assistant Principal at Hill Farm Elementary. Throughout his time at Roberts, Mr. Duncan built a reputation for going above and beyond to support both students and staff—launching the school’s first basketball program, serving as a passionate 504 Coordinator, and helping create a culture where everyone feels valued and supported.
Mr. Duncan believes strong schools are built on meaningful relationships, and he approaches his work with a family-first mindset. He is eager to bring that same sense of connection and commitment to Hill Farm, working alongside students, staff, and families to continue a tradition of excellence. He and his wife, Jamie, have two daughters, and outside of school, you can often find them at dance competitions or cheering on the Razorbacks together.
Welcome to the Bryant family, Mr. Duncan!

These boards give students a voice during play, helping them express needs, build friendships, and be part of the moment. As a Special Olympics Unified School District, we’re proud to create spaces where every child feels included and valued.
With Arvest Bank’s investment, Bryant’s playgrounds will be more than just places to play—they will be places where every voice can be heard. Learn more >>> https://bit.ly/4w5XnzQ.

The Saline County Master Gardeners have long been a driving force behind beautification, education, and outreach across our community. After nearly a decade of planning and persistence, their vision for a centrally located hoop house has become a reality.
This new space will allow the Master Gardeners to expand their impact—growing plants for community projects, supporting outreach efforts, and continuing to share their knowledge across Saline County.
Bryant Public Schools is proud to partner in this effort by providing a home for the hoop house at Hill Farm Elementary. This collaboration with the Master Gardeners, the City of Bryant, and the Saline County Extension Office is a powerful example of what can happen when organizations come together with a shared purpose.
