The sound wall plays an important roll in the kindergarten classroom. The students use it to know what their mouth is doing when they make each sound. It is also a great resource for the students to use when sounding out words during writing activities.

1st graders have been learning and observing the phases of the moon for the past few weeks. We ended our study by creating the phases with Oreos! ☺️ 🌙

We were just informed that Child Care Network is closed today in observance of Veteran's Day. If you need to make transportation changes for your student please call us at 501-316-0263.

Kindergarteners are using the letters and sounds to write words to match their picture. They practice “stretching” and tapping the word to hear all the sounds and write the letters that make those sounds. Check out some amazing kindergarten writers!!

Thank you to all our military personnel—past and present—for the sacrifices you have made for our freedom.

Kindergarten is rocking with technology during our daily rotations! The students have mastered using the different apps and are navigating each one independently during their rotation activities. Way to go!!!

Anchor charts are a big part of kindergarten. We make these throughout the school year to give a visual representation of our learning. The charts are displayed in the classroom for future reference.

Both groups of professionals work closely with our administrators in creating safe schools. Thank you to our entire Nursing Department, the Saline County Health Unit, and all the volunteers who helped keep our Hornets healthy through the flu clinics this year. #HealthyHornets

We are drawing and writing each day in kindergarten. We are using our letters and sounds to “label” and write words to match our picture. We are using the Fundations lines to help us form our letters correctly as we write.

Parents and community members, we invite you to view our Annual Report to the Public, which provides an overview of the progress made during the 2019-20 school year. It was a great year of Creating Opportunities for Success, which we could not do without your support.

Bryant Schools is providing an opportunity for parents to change their student's instructional option (blended or virtual) beginning second semester (January 2021).
In order to effectively plan schedules for student classes, we are asking parents to submit a form for EACH student (K-12) even if you plan to continue your current learning environment. PreK parents should not complete this form since PreK is only offered onsite.
We will use your selection to place your elementary student in an onsite/virtual classroom or develop your secondary student's schedule for the second semester (January 2021) of the school year.
Information on both blended and virtual learning is available on our website: bit.ly/2StNz1c.
If you have questions, please email your building principal.
THE FORM WILL CLOSE ON SUNDAY, OCTOBER 25, 2020 at 11:59pm.
