These boards give students a voice during play, helping them express needs, build friendships, and be part of the moment. As a Special Olympics Unified School District, we’re proud to create spaces where every child feels included and valued.
With Arvest Bank’s investment, Bryant’s playgrounds will be more than just places to play—they will be places where every voice can be heard. Learn more >>> https://bit.ly/4w5XnzQ.

Our Springhill Read-A-Thon is happening the next 2 weeks (April 13-24), and we need everyone to join the fun. This is a wonderful chance for our students to dive into great books while helping our school library grow with brand new books for everyone to enjoy.
During the Read-A-Thon, students will track the time they spend reading and collect pledges from family and friends who want to support their reading journey. The more we read, the more we help our school!
And of course…there will be prizes! Students who participate can earn fun rewards along the way. If our school reaches our reading goal, we’ll celebrate with a school wide ice cream party for our amazing readers.
Teachers—there’s a little friendly competition for you too! The top three teachers with the most student participation will receive $100 for their classroom to use however they’d like.
This Read-A-Thon isn’t just about prizes. It’s about building a love of reading, creating excitement around books, and helping our students discover new stories and adventures. Every minute spent reading helps us bring more incredible books to our shelves.
So let’s come together—students, families, and teachers—and make this the best Read-A-Thon Springhill has ever had.
Sign up, start reading, and let’s show everyone how much Springhill loves books! Scan the QR code to register today!
