TAKE FLIGHT EDUCATORS
We’re proud to celebrate five more dedicated staff members who have successfully completed the rigorous Take Flight Training Program — a two-year journey of intensive coursework, practicum experience, and structured literacy instruction.
Please join us in congratulating Robin Gilchrist (CES), Lameria Tripplett (BJHS), Lindsey Holloway (SPES), Susanna Crow (BHS), and Darnell Rancifer (BeMS & BMS) on this incredible achievement!
This accomplishment required:
📚 700+ clinical teaching hours
🧠 10 demonstration lessons
📝 Coursework, workshops, and in-depth assignments
They are now eligible to sit for the ALTA Competency Exam to become Certified Academic Language Therapists (CALT).
We are #BryantProud of their commitment to our students and literacy excellence.

April 6-12 is National School Library Week! Mrs. O'Bryan helps with a lot of technology problems, and does so patiently! Check out what some students and staff have to say about her!

Bus Route 5: Due to the impact of recent storms, we are unable to travel on portions of Germania. Please expect up to a 25 minute delay, with students arriving home between 4:30-4:45pm today (Monday, April 7). Our apologies for the late notice as we had hoped that Germania would be accessible.

Each spring, we ask our parents and community members to complete a yearly survey, which provides data to help us track progress in meeting our Strategic Plan goals. Parents, check your email for a link to your survey.
We would love to hear from our community members. We sincerely value your input and would appreciate your feedback. We use the information to guide decisions so we can continue to provide the very best education for our Bryant students.

After reviewing the most up to date forecast from the National Weather Service and looking at the forecast for severe weather, Bryant Public Schools will dismiss school early on Wednesday, April 2. We will follow the same early dismissal schedule used for parent-teacher conferences. All after school student activities and practices are canceled. Visit bryantschools.org for more details.
Our district spans 350 square miles, and some bus routes lack safe shelter options in extreme weather. Administrators have carefully considered these factors, and out of an abundance of caution, early dismissal will help ensure that students arrive home safely and that bus drivers can return should conditions worsen.
In the event that severe weather arrives earlier than the prediction of the recent forecast, students and staff will shelter in place until it is deemed safe to dismiss them. Student and staff safety will always come first.
We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we make safety the top priority for students and staff in making these difficult decisions.

Twinning Tuesday!!!

Join us in honoring our brave military families and their incredible children this April as we celebrate Month of the Military Child at Bryant Schools!
On Friday, April 11, wear purple to demonstrate the deep respect and gratitude for the resilience and sacrifices of military families. Let's send a powerful message of appreciation to those who serve and protect our freedom.

During the month of April, Bryant Schools is participating in the 2025 THV11 Summer Cereal Drive to benefit the Arkansas Foodbank.
Donations will be accepted at any Bryant School. The following items will count toward each school’s total: cereal (17 oz. and larger), granola bars, cereal bars, instant oatmeal, and toaster pastries.
Items will be sent to local food pantries to feed hungry children and families in our community.

March is "Music in Our Schools Month". Our schools would not have beautiful melodies provided by our music teachers, and we are featuring a BMS music teacher each Monday! Today's spotlight is Mrs. Rachel Moore! See below for more information about Mrs. Moore!
