According to Federal and State guidelines, special education records must be destroyed six years after a student is dismissed, graduated, found ineligible, or if the records are no longer useful in making educational decisions. Bryant Public Schools is preparing to securely destroy educational records of students who received special education services during the 2017-2018 academic year starting July 1, 2024.
However, if you wish to retain these records or have any inquiries, they can be requested by calling the Special Education Office at 501-847-5660.
Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we ensure the confidentiality and protection of student information.
Thank you for your continued support in fostering a safe and respectful learning environment for all students. Together, we make a difference! 🌟 #IDEA #StudentPrivacy #EducationMatters
