Bus Driver Appreciation: Thursday, February 22
This week is #GTAwarenessWeek and we’re sharing some of the ways our staff provide enrichment to students to extend their learning. Students in grades 6-12 who are identified as GT qualify for Honors and Accelerated courses. English and Social Studies Honors classes provide differentiation in content, pace, and product. Math and science classes are accelerated so students cover more standards in a year. Learn more about GT on our website: https://bit.ly/bpsdgt

For #GTAwarenessWeek we’re exploring some of the enrichment activities and programs our students receive in Bryant Schools! 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students who are evaluated and identified for gifted services receive those services in a GT resource room with a GT certified teacher. There, students build reasoning skills, practice problem-solving, and participate in creative activities as an extension of their regular learning.
