🎉 Congratulations to our Hornet Time Lexia Contest Winners! 🎉 Mrs. Weaver's class earned an extra recess with an amazing 3,442 minutes in Lexia this week! While Coach Smith's class earned snacks & a drink after completing 958 units! 👏 Special kudos to these outstanding students: Jayden W. with 764 minutes ⏱️, Gabriel G. with 640 minutes ⏱️, and Eden L., who completed 226 units. They each earned Chick-fil-a gift cards for their hard work! A BIG round of applause to Sean B. for completing the entire Lexia program and also earning a gift card! After reviewing the most up to date forecast from the National Weather Service and looking at the forecast for severe weather, Bryant Public Schools will dismiss school early on Wednesday, April 2. We will follow the same early dismissal schedule used for parent-teacher conferences. All after school student activities and practices are canceled. Visit bryantschools.org for more details.
Our district spans 350 square miles, and some bus routes lack safe shelter options in extreme weather. Administrators have carefully considered these factors, and out of an abundance of caution, early dismissal will help ensure that students arrive home safely and that bus drivers can return should conditions worsen.
In the event that severe weather arrives earlier than the prediction of the recent forecast, students and staff will shelter in place until it is deemed safe to dismiss them. Student and staff safety will always come first.
We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we make safety the top priority for students and staff in making these difficult decisions.

During the month of April, Bryant Schools is participating in the 2025 THV11 Summer Cereal Drive to benefit the Arkansas Foodbank.
Donations will be accepted at any Bryant School. The following items will count toward each school’s total: cereal (17 oz. and larger), granola bars, cereal bars, instant oatmeal, and toaster pastries.
Items will be sent to local food pantries to feed hungry children and families in our community.

⚙️🏆 Yesterday, 41 teams from across Arkansas gathered for the Vex IQ State competition, and Bethel Robotics brought home some major wins!
Team E finished as Champions, 3rd in skills, and received the Amaze Award! They also qualified for the World Championships in Dallas this May! 🎉 Team A placed 4th, and Team B took 6th! We are so proud to be Bethel Hornets! 🤖💙 #bethebest #vexiq
