With #TaxFreeWeekend approaching, we know many families will be shopping for back-to-school. For elementary students (Grades K-5), all school supplies will be provided. Just send your child with headphones, a backpack, and a water bottle. Although specific supplies may vary by class, we’ve prepared a list of basics you might consider picking up for students in grades 6-12.

🦺 SAFETY MESSAGE 🦺
Exciting updates are coming to our school playgrounds! To ensure everyone's safety during construction, the playgrounds will be closed to visitors during the renovation period. We ask that all families refrain from using the equipment and entering the areas until the updates are complete. Construction zones will contain equipment and materials that may pose safety hazards. Work is expected to continue through early July, weather permitting.

Due to a downed power line, drivers will not be able to access the school on Bryant Parkway coming from Hwy 5. Parents should use Hilldale for school pickup today (5/21).
The Parkway Elementary campus is experiencing a power outage, which affects both phones and internet services (including email). Entergy is working to have the power restored as quickly as possible.

UPDATE: The power has been restored to Parkway Elementary. Phones and internet services are now working.
At this time, Parkway Elementary is without power but school will remain open. Generators are being used to run the cafeteria, front office and access controlled doors.
Phones and internet services have been affected by the outage at this campus. We will provide updates as they become available.
